BALI HAS BEEN SPARED FROM THE EFFECTS
of the recent earthquake and tsunami waves that have
caused widespread devastation in other parts of the
region.
Bali lies 2,500 kilometers to the
east of the earthquake epicenter and, is protected
by the land masses of both Sumatera and Java. As a
result, there has been NO IMPACT on Bali whatsoever.
Bali Hilton International is operating
normally, and we have received no cancellations as
a result of this unfortunate tragedy. Our sympathy
goes out to those in other parts of Southeast Asia
as they cope with this disaster.
