Dinner at its best at Bali Hilton International - Chaine des Rotisseurs dinner at Bali Hilton International.

Having successfully hosted the PATA dinner recently, The Bali Hilton International took on another challenge by hosting the prestigious Chaine des Rotisseurs dinner on Saturday, May 24, 2003.

The dinner attended by most of the Chaine des Rotisseur members from Bali as well as visitors from Jakarta was held in the Grand Ballroom. The six course dinner was specially designed for the occasion under the theme of "Flavours of Spring". Seen in the picture Mr. Ian E. Mckie, Director of Hotel Operations Bali Hilton International, with some members of Chaine des Rotisseurs accompanied by staff members who participated in the event.
