Trainee Orientation Program at Bali Hilton International

Nusa Dua, 1st July 2002 - Bali Hilton International held a Trainee Orientation Program with 64 trainees from the major hotelschools Bali including STP-Bali, Dhyana Pura, Mapindo and the hotelschools from Jakarta.

As Training Manager Mr. Taufik Hidayat stated: "Today's trainee is tomorrows employee!" The meaning of this Trainee Orientation Program is to ensure consistency in Bali Hilton International's service & standards. The program took one day where the new trainees got several tasks to be accomplished like fire training, handling complaints, telephone skills, product knowledge, Grooming & Hygiene and a tour around the hotel. Each trainee will spend 6 months in one of the departments of the Bali Hilton International. Through the training the trainee is expected to obtain the same perception as the permanent employees, to reach as a team the Bali Hilton's objectives.
