Blood Donation at the Bali Hilton International

Nusa Dua, 19 June 2002 - Bali Hilton International held a blood donation, which was attended by the employees enthusiastically. Some of them have participated these blood donations more than 20 times. As Mr. Haji Soemarko (shown on the picture) said: "It is our blood which can save many lives. The only thing you have to do is give some of your blood!" The blood donator Veteran attended the event to give his support and is pleased that the blood donation has been held 3 times a year regularly at the Bali Hilton International. He himself has donated blood more than 160 times, 3 times in Tokyo, 1 time in Hiroshima and 1 time in Mekkah. The temporary Blood Bank was set up at the Hilton, where nurses of the Red Cross were taking care of the health of the donators. Then donation of the blood will be distributed through Badung Red Cross.
