SECURITY MEASURES

If you are traveling or planning to travel to Bali and the Bali Hilton, you are no doubt wondering if it is safe?
There are of course a number of travel advisories in place and while you will want to take note of these you may also be interested to know what the Bali Hilton has done to offer you peace of mind?

The hotel is still fully operational and we are ready to welcome guests to the Bali Hilton to enjoy some of our Hilton Magic! However in light of recent events we have taken a number of measures designed at providing our guests with the peace of mind that a stay at the Bali Hilton will be relaxing and enjoyable.

Nusa Dua itself is a 'managed' area, the whole complex comprising the Nusa Dua Hotels, provides guests an environment with the security for the area maintained centrally in addition to individual Hotel security.

The Bali Hilton and Nusa Dua area are both committed to doing everything possible to ensure the safety and security of guests that visit the area, with this in mind the following have been implemented:

Nusa Dua Area

• This unique tourist area is regulated by a government organization BTDC
• BTDC is responsible for maintaining security throughout the area including beaches and they operate security on a 24 hour basis
• They have increased static and mobile Security guards within the Nusa Dua Complex
• They continue to liaise with local authorities to ensure as much as possible is implemented to ensure guest safety and security

Bali Hilton

• We continue to maintain our 24 hour security, managed and staffed by professionals who are responsible for securing the hotels' buildings, gardens and beach frontage
• We have Implemented increased security controls at hotel's main entrance, which include:
• All vehicle registration numbers are logged in and out
• Closure of exit gate from hotel with all vehicles entering and exiting from the same gate
• Vehicle searches as necessary
• Closure of rear access gate to hotel
• Constant Monitoring of all vehicles within the hotels grounds
• Increased security checks throughout the hotel
• We have secured the services of a security consultancy company

Naturally with the implementation of these new security measures guests may need to allow a little extra time, in particular in the following areas:

• Entering and exiting the hotel
• Extra Security checks
• Luggage handling
• Check-in and Check-out procedures

The above measures are designed to ensure safety and security of our guests whilst in the hotel and we hope that this will give you the confidence to visit Bali and the Bali Hilton in Nusa Dua.
