RESTAURANTS AND BARS UPDATE FROM BALI HILTON INTERNATIONAL - SEPTEMBER 2004

During September our executive Chef Sukamara and his team are proudly presenting a selection of dishes featuring chicken, turkey and duck. Experience Chef’s choice at both the Genji and Octopus Restaurants.
 









OCTOPUS RESTAURANT
We are offering selection of dishes including Creamy Asparagus Risotto with pan fried duck liver, Turkey Escalope with ham and sage stuffing served on linguini with a brandy sauce and Spinach Tagliatelle with chicken, mushroom and parmesan each dish for only Rp. 70 per portion and also Chicken Tandoori Pizza and Roast Duck Pizza for only Rp. 60 per pizza.

Enjoy an evening’s Italian dining in our casual eatery. Open from 6.00 pm - 12.00 midnight serves Italian cuisine including anti-pasto, pizzas and pastas.

GENJI JAPANESE RESTAURANT
The finest authentic Japanese Cuisine featuring selection of delicacies including 'KAMO NABE' sliced duck breast and assorted vegetables hot pot served with Onigiri for only Rp. 85 per portion and 'TORI NO TERIYAKI DON' grilled chicken leg with teriyaki sauce served on steamed rice for only Rp. 70 per portion.

Genji is open from 6.00 pm to 11.00 pm featuring assorted Sushi, Sashimi, shabu-shabu, Teppanyaki and Kaizeki set menu.

UG PUB
If you feel tired after long day trip, just relax with us at our UG Pub. Get a glass of beer or try our special cocktail while listening your favourite tunes with our resident band. Singer and Keyboardist perform nightly except Monday from 8.30 pm - 12.00 midnight. For those who prefer to play games; a dartboard, pool tables, scrabble and chess are also available for you.

OCTOPUS RESTAURANT
Specially designed for families, this dinner set menu is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children or a party of four. It features family size bowl of spaghetti, one pizza, one bowl of chicken wings and four scoops of ice cream. For only Rp 220 including a jug of Coke, Sprite or Fanta.
The restaurant also now offers a special "kiddys" corner for the amusement of our young guests.


SURFER'S CORNER
Offers a family package ideal for lunch. Valid for 2 adults and 2 children or a party of four, you can select four items from the menu for only Rp. 225 including a jug of Coke.
