RESTAURANTS AND BARS UPDATE FROM BALI HILTON INTERNATIONAL - JUNE 2004

During June our Executive Chef and his team are proudly presenting various mouth-watering dessert highlighting Strawberry, prepared in many different style for you to experience. All of these inviting desserts are available at Waterfall, Genji, Surfer Corner, Logoona Restaurant, and of course Octopus Restaurant.
 


WATERFALL RESTAURANT
Open 24 hours, serves oriental-and western cuisine in a casual surrounding. Our theme buffet dinner open from 7.00 pm - 10.00 pm features twice Seafood buffet ( Monday & Friday), twice International buffet (Saturday and Tuesday), Mediterranean buffet every Wednesday, Flavors of Asia every Thursday and Flavors of Indonesia every Sunday, price at Rp 175 per person.
Strawberry dessert selections featuring Strawberry Tartlettes, Strawberry Mousse, Strawberry Cheesecake, Strawberry Mille Feuille, Strawberry Sable and Strawberry Parfait with fresh fruit. All of these mouthwatering desserts are also available at Genji and Octopus Restaurant.
Our “Batak Quartet” will entertain you during your dinner daily except on Sunday.
 


LAGOONA RESTAURANT
Located near the sea open for lunch and dinner from 11.00 am - 11.00 pm, with a romantic and cozy ambience of course you will feel that the evening is yours. Join us for a memorable dining experience and try our Seafood tandoori, Indonesian Rijstaffel or selection of Barbeque dishes and not to be missed our Strawberry dessert selections: Strawberry Coupe Romanoff, Strawberry Salad with Ice Cream, Strawberry Waffle with marinated Strawberries, Strawberry Pancake, Strawberry Crepes with Vanilla Ice Cream and Strawberry Short Cake. Price starts from Rp. 35 per person.
 


GENJI JAPANESE RESTAURANT
The finest authentic Japanese Cuisine open from 6.00 pm - 11.00 pm featuring assorted Sushi, Sashimi, shabu-shabu, Teppanyaki and Kaizeki set menu. Mouthwatering Strawberry desserts are also available for you to choose, price starts from Rp 29 each.
 




OCTOPUS RESTAURANT
Enjoy an evening’s Italian dining in our casual eatery. Open from 6.00 pm - 12.00 midnight serves Italian cuisine including anti-pasto, pizzas and pastas. To make your dinner even more satisfied we provide Wine buffet from 6.00 pm - 11.00 pm for only Rp 137 per hour and Strawberry desserts are also available.
 

We are offering a range of specially created alcoholic and non alcoholic cocktails all with Strawberry touch, including Strawberry Lover and Berry Fantasy are alcoholic cocktail price at 57 each and ‘Mocktail’ including B.O.S.S. (Banana, Orange, Strawberry and Soursop) and Strawberry Magic price at Rp. 30 each.

Specially designed for families, this dinner set menu is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children or a party of four. It features family size bowl of spaghetti, one pizza, one bowl of chicken wings and four scoops of ice cream. For only Rp 220 including a jug of Coke, Sprite or Fanta.
The restaurant also now offers a special "kiddys" corner for the amusement of our young guests.


SURFER'S CORNER
Offers a family package ideal for lunch. Valid for 2 adults and 2 children or a party of four, you can select four items from the menu for only Rp. 225 including a jug of Coke.

BALINESE THEATRE - One of the best open air theatre's in Bali
Offers the most popular Balinese Dance every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Buffet dinner start at 7.30 pm featuring Balinese culinary including Stir fry action station, International BBQ dishes and colorfull dessert. Show starts at 8.30 pm. Only Rp 250 per person for full dinner and show.
