LAGOONA RESTAURANT
This month we are featuring imported Lamb and Chef has prepared a delightful set menu perfect for a romantic dinner in our beach view restaurant:

  • Homecured Tasmanian Salmon
    Served on mesclun and white tomato mousse
  • Countryside Broth
    A light soup flavoured with Lamb, vegetables and barley
  • Lemon Sherbet
  • Roasted New Zealand Rack of Lamb
    With Eggplant ‘Caviar’ a shallot and garlic confit and Tamarind Port wine Sauce
  • Green Coconut and Mango Parfait
    Flavoured with cointreau and served on a strawberry and vanilla bean sauce

OCTOPUS RESTAURANT
Relax in our air-conditioned Mediterranean Restaurant where this month Chef has prepared a menu featuring imported lamb and focusing on selections from Greece and the Greek Islands:

  • Macaroni Me Saltsa Rp 69
    Spaghetti with Lamb Sauce
  • Moussaka Me Melitzanes Rp 69
    Traditional Moussaka with Aubergines
  • Kopta Rp 75
    Traditional Minced Lamb Kebabs served with nan bread and salad
  • Souvlakia Arnissia Rp 79
    Lamb skewers marinated with lemon, olive oil and oregano and served with nan bread and salad
  • Braised Lamb Shank Rp 75
    Served with grilled zucchini, eggplant, capsicums and tomatoes accompanied by Fontina Cheese Mashed Potato

Each dish is priced individually and you can ‘mix & match’ with our a la carte menu.
We are also offering a range of wood fired pizzas, pastas and an anti-pasti Buffet for your enjoyment and there is a special Kids corner for the little ones

THE BALINESE THEATRE
Saturday, April 10th 2004
Experience the beauty and mystic of Bali ias the Kecak Dance is re-enacted in all its finery after enjoying a lavish buffet offering a selection if Balinese and International dishes. For only Rp250 per person for Buffet and show or only Rp95 per person for the show
The Theatre opens for dinner at 7.30pm and the show starts at 8.30pm

Tonight we are offering a sumptuous International Buffet complete with Soup, salads a Barbeque, selection of main course dishes and mouth watering desserts. All for Rp175 per person.

Tonight we are offering a spectacular Easter Buffet with both a carvery of Roasted imported Lamb and a Barbeque all complemented with a selection of appetizers, salads, hot dishes and mouthwatering desserts, all for Rp175 per person

This month our featured wine is from California.
Wente Vineyards, located just north of San Francisco has been producing award winning wines since 1883 and we have carefully selected 2 of their range to match with our food promotions this month.


Cabernet Sauvignon (red)
Carefully aged and blended to produce a supple and smooth wine with lush flavours of cherries and chocolate with touches of mint, a fine complement to any of our lamb specials this month

Chardonnay (white)
Masterfully blended and barrel aged this wine is dry and not too heavy with wonderful ‘apple’ flavours, it is a perfect complement to seafood and pasta dishes
 

COCONUT DELIGHT
A delightful combination of Steamed Balinese sticky rice and Golden Marble cake delicately flavoured with Bali coconut liqueur , Jack Fruit and Vanilla Beans.
 

OCTOPUS RESTAURANT
Specially designed for families, this dinner set menu is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children or a party of four. It features family size bowl of spaghetti, one pizza, one bowl of chicken wings and four scoops of ice cream. For only Rp 220 including a jug of Coke, Sprite or Fanta.
The restaurant also now offers a special "kiddys" corner for the amusement of our young guests.


SURFER'S CORNER
Offers a family package ideal for lunch. Valid for 2 adults and 2 children or a party of four, you can select four items from the menu for only Rp. 225 including a jug of Coke.
 

An exotic cocktail created with Bacardi, brandy, Crème de Cacao white, orange juice, pineapple juice and Grenadine. Only Rp. 52.
