We are proud to share great news that our team of chefs returned with a basket of medals and winning smile after participating in the Fourth International Food, Hotel and Tourism Bali Expo 2004 held recently in Nusa Dua, Bali.

Bali Hilton successfully received the one and only gold medal for Petit Four presenting tiers of beautiful arranged chocolates shaped in various flowers and a centerpiece of a small bamboo forest. Another gold medal received was for 5 course set menu. Participating in other categories, the team managed to take home a silver medal for their butter sculpture and six bronze medals for pastry showpiece, fruit and vegetable carving including four medals for the main courses.
